1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
photographed a wedding (actually-- 3 weddings)
showed my work in 3, count 'em, 3 galleries. (including L.A. thankyouverymuch)
got an Ipod AND an Imac computer.... I am now a MAC whore.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't actually know if I had one or not...

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
A few did actually!

4. Did anyone close to you die?
yeah... :( my maw maw and one of my closest friends. Also I think there were one or two more.

5. What countries did you visit?
Morgantown. (heh)

6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
actually SELL some art pieces... whether they be paintings or some photographs.
set-up and display my own gallery showing (senior show... here I come!)
Give birth and enjoy the fruits of my "labor".


7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory?
Umm.. hmm. Lenny proposed to me on June 30th, Mo passed away on December 30th, and I found out I was expecting at the beginning of December. OH YEAH... and how about that car accident on August 10th that messed up our lives?

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
getting engaged and getting pregnant?
Having my work seen in california! Having 2 published art books and also having a teacher compliment me and tell me my work was worth something... that was HUGE to me.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Well, I got divorced... that is either a failure or a success? Also.. losing some really good friends over really stupid issues.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Hmm..Sinus infections, back injuries from car accident and my knees have always been messed up.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
1999 Pontiac Grand Prix

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Lenny--- asking me to be his wife made my life worthwhile.
Carrie--- couldn't have asked for a more talented and amazing friend.
Maria--- we've been friends for soooo long that I know she's always there... and this year we were really tested when we lost Mo.
My parents--- my family was tested when we found out dad had cancer... he pulled through and we are a much stronger family because of it.

Current roommate.
