Well, I am now gainfully employed. Petland in South Point, OH ladies and gentlemen. Basically I walk around, see if anyone needs help, talk to them about their pets (or lack thereof) and try my damn hardest to sell them expensive dogs. We also sell ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, dwarf hamsters, rabbits, chinchillas, birds, fish and reptiles. (Along with various puppies)
I don't mind the job much, my feet tend to hurt a bit after work, especially after I close, but other than that, I really enjoy it. I guess you could call me an animal person.
Finally saw WALK HARD: The Dewey Cox Story. LOVE IT. I can't get the songs out of my head. Is great.
Some tension in the house here lately... Lenny and I have been looking at various places for rent in Ashland, KY... hopefully to be out of this damn house before I graduate. I didn't really want to move here in the first place... I was quite happy in my loft apartment... But anyway, there is def. tension in this house right now... but I work a lot, so thankfully I get to avoid a lot of stuff. My OCD is really getting too me. I had my rent completely paid off for the other place, but when we moved over here, I paid everyone's first month rent and security deposit. I'm not too worried, everyone will pay me back. *or at least they better* LOL. Lenny is slowly paying me back for some things, but I know he will. Alexis, I guess will pay me back when she can, but right now she just started a new job too. I'm so stressed out right now, but Lenny says I'm being too paranoid, etc... but I think when he and I are out of here, in our own place with a steady income we'll be a lot better.
Lately we've been looking at some teaching jobs around the country. Okay, well, along the East Coast is more like it. LOL. School is almost over for me, and when I graduate, I'm not sure if I should go back for a second bachelor's in Art Education or if I should just go straight to getting my Master of Art in Teaching. *sigh* What should I do?
I want to teach high school. Art would be my subject... def.
I guess we'll just focus on finishing up school here first.
